Unrecognized error when login into Unity

Hi all,

I am facing an issue when trying to log in into Unity server through web getting error,

Unrecognized error

hr=0x80028019 (Old format or  invalid type library.\x0D\x0A)

From:  global.asa--Initialize()

Please see your  Cisco Unity system administrator for more details.

Can some one give me the root cause for this error so i can resolve this issue ASAP.
