A client of mine recently had an IPT company do a Cisco CM/Unity roll out. They are currently in the process of testing Unified Personal Communicator using USB headsets. One unexpected consequence of this has been that VoIP calls as well as all of their PC audio is coming through the headset. Is this normal behavior? Can this be changed to behave differently?
The headset they are testing with is the Logitech USB Headset 250.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately I haven't been able to put my hands on a headset because the users are using them from home.
