update license for cue 3.2.x AND FTP for windows XP

We order for NME-CUE, it comes with CME lic, we are going to use the CUE for CUCM, we need to change the CME lic to CUCM LIC.

COuld please some one light how to change the default lic to CUCM lic and I am having laptop of windows XP, can I enable FTP in that or any free FTP that can be use for this purpose.

You can use any FTP server installed in your laptop.

I have core FTP, I not sure how to run this [ just install core FTP ] any URL link or any pointer how to run FTP..to upload the files.
