Updating crendential policy via BAT (Call Managers 6.1)

Hi,

I'd like to change the credential policy for about 600 users in Call Manager 6.1(1a). I am trying to use BAT testing it with one user and a custom file. I have no problem modifying other fields (departement,...), but can not update credential policy. Do you know if there are some limitations related to that ? I have not seen anything special related to BAT and credential policy in the documentation.

Is there any other way to modify a credential policy for 600 users ?

Thanks.

I think you can migrate existing user policy to the new one through the export option.

Using User Device Profile Export.( Cisco Unified Communications Manager Bulk Administration Guide 6.0(1) )

Thanks for your help, but unfortunately, the credential policy does not appear in the user device profile. I am still looking for a solution...
