upgradation of cucm from 4.0 to 8.0

Hi,

We are planinng to upgrade cucm 4.0 (having three cluster) to 8.0. We have query regarding dlu, can we use same dlu with 8.0 or we need to purchase new dlu.

Please suggest me if any document is there  on the same.

Hi Dinesh!

In sumary, you need to change the MCS server for a new server with compatibility of the hardware and software.

You need also, to do a list of the all ip phone models and to migrate all licenses for the new version..
