Upgrade 7937 fails with "ERROR file not found on any TFTP server"

I'm running Cisco Unified Communications Manager ver 7.1.5. I want to upgrade my 7937s from version 1.4.2 to 1.4.4.

Via > Software Upgrades> Install/Upgrade I have installed the required files. I verfied in tftp filemanagement and see the file "apps37sccp.1-4-4-0.bin" is available. When I restart one of the phones, it fails to download the file. Below the phone log

Restarting the TFTP service didn't solve the problem.

In which case I'd suggest, first using a command line TFTP client to see if you can manually get the file. If that works, Wireshark the phone to see what it's doing.

If using a command line TFTP client fails to get the file, you probably want to start digging into the trace files on the TFTP server to see what's going on from that side.

Using a tftp client I can get to the v1.4.2 bin-file but not to the v1.4.4 bin-file. The output from the tftp trace on the server doesn't help much.

I restarted the tftp service on the publisher and subscriber. The solved the issue. (First time only restarted in on subscriber)
