Upgrade CCM 4.1(3) to 6.1(2) - DMA

Hi All,

<br />I cannot seem to find any definitive answers to the following, When you upgrade from 4.1(3) to 6.1(2)and run the Data Migration assistant are the users personal address book setting retained and also are the custom IP phone services retained and carried over to the 6.1(2) build?

DMA DirExport failed to migrate PersonalAddressBook

Symptom:

Migration of PersonalAddressBook fail and DMA warnings for PAB were observed.

Warning: PersonalAddressBook: EndUser

OU=PersonalAddressBook,OU=userid_info,OU=user_info,OU=CCN,OU=Cisco,DC=m not found. Invalid user.

PAB-DN=CN=xxxx1127877735204,OU=PersonalAddressBook,OU=xxxxx_info, OU=user_info,OU=CCN,OU=Cisco,DC=mail,DC=abc,DC=edu,DC=au

Condition: Either the user does not exist in the directory or has been tagged invalid

In DirExport, fast dial index of the fast dial entries become all 0. The fast dial index are correct in ciscoccnocFastDialEntry.csv file but in PersonalPhoneBook.csv file, the index are all 0, this caused the fast dial entries not showing up on the phone but it is showing up in the ccm user page

Conditions:

Callmanager integrated with active directory
