Upgrade CCM 5.1.3-4 to 7.0.2 with Cisco CD - error Failed to exec command

I have CCM 5.1.3-4 and I have recived the 5.x to 7.0.2a Upgrade CD. The CCM can see the upgrade file. It try to install it and it show this error.

Failed to exec command: "/partB/usr/local/bin/base_scripts/

I have found a lot of stuff but not sure what to start with :

I found out later that the ES version I was running could only be upgraded to another ES, not a baseline version. I ended up going from to


The solution was to rebuild the disk array (RAID 1) only so get the upgrade, but when finished the installation process of the exchange did not release the information in the database. (Switch Version)

I could not restore the previous version stored in the base for this new version. (Restore)

I had a similar problem. The solution was to use sftp only on the upgrade.

I work with developers on this, and on certain platforms this was the only way to perform the upgrade.

( of course I allready try to transfer the cd on a sftp but it can't find the file when I try)
