Upgrade CUCM ver 8, 9 ,10

 

Hello all,

Many of our customers are running on CUCM ver8 & ver9.

We are planning to push them to upgrade Unified products on ver 10.
 
Can any body share the key differences between ver9 & ver10 ?

what technical or non-technical points we should explain infront of customers to encrouge them to go for upgrade?
