Upgrade CUCMBE 6.1 to CUCMBE5K

Hi Guys,

I'm going to upgrade a CUCMBE 6.1(2) to 8.6(2a). I have search on the upgrade guide but I couldn't find a detailed guide. Basically I'm going to upgrade using the same 7828H3 server. However I found that I require some USB External drives. Can anybody help me on how to proceed, what are the mandatory step where I have to be carreful.
