upgrade firmware for only one ATA 187

Dear All

Do have any link or pdf to upgrade one ATA 187 for testing without effecting on other ATA 187 that already working fine ?

becasue i have 5 ATA;s 187 showing me rejected and others working fine

do i need to add the new firmware name on device > device setting > device defualt > then go ata 187 to add new image ?? or this option , if i did this step all ata 187 it will effect , so i need only one for testing ?

Hi,

Do this:

1) Load your .cop file in the CM (Through Serviceability interface).

2) Go to your device Admin interface, look for the ATA box (Device > Phone) and change the value of the field "Phone Load Name" by the one you want (put the name without the extension .cop) then reset

3) If after resetting, the ATA still has the previous firmware then reset the TFTP service on the Call Manager(s).

4) Test again.
