upgrade firmware in one ipphone CME

Hi

I have one ipphone 7931 wich is no able to download the firmware 8.5.4, there is another 7931 with this version in the CME with runs fine.

How can i make one ipphone download this firmware? this iphone is registered and runs fine, only said via web unable to update locale.

Hi Ivan,

Did you try load command under telephony service

If not working plz advise the current fw version of this ip phone
