Upgrade from 7.1(2b) to 7.1(3a) failed

Hi guys,

   I am running a CM 7.0 in vmware for lab testing. Today I wanted to upgrade to the latest version and decause didn't let me upgrade directly from 7.0 to 7.1(3a), I upgraded to 7.1(2b) witch success and made a reboot after finish. Then when I tryed to upgrade to 7.1(3a), after 30 min I receive an error and the upgrade stops. The error message says that an error has occured. I don't find any reason for that.

Versions are:

                    Version InformationCurrent Version  7.1.2.30000-3 
                    Upgrade Version  7.1.3.20000-2

   What can I do to complete this upgrade?

The upgrade path is valid , we can upgrade from 7.1.2.30000-3  to 7.1.3.20000-2

Si issue here couls be the installation file .

Try downloading the installation file using browser other than IE because issues have been reported using the IE browser

Also do the upgrade in the fire fox and not in IE.

If still fails post me the installation logs and we will check the issue ..
