upgrade ios WS-SVC-CMM catalyst 6500

Hi to all,

I have a WS-SVC-CMM with wscmm-ipvoice-mz.124-7a.bin in the bootflash and i want to upgrade to wscmm-ipvoice-mz.124-25. I download the file from cisco and i want to know the procedure to do the upgrade.
