upgrade timeframes

All, I hate to ask this, but I have do lack experience in this department, and Id like to know, typically, how long does it normally take to upgrade a CallManager? An IPCC? A Unity? Im assuming this normally takes hours, but Im being asked to give a timeframe and I dont really know the answer to this since I have never done these upgrades before. Can someone pass on some past experience to give me an idea?

Yes, depending on the extent of the upgrade, lack of experience and troubles you run into, it can be a couple of hours to (worse case) a couple of days
