Upgrading Call Manager ver4.2 to Ver6.0

Can anyone point me in the right direction regarding licencing information for upgrading from Call Manager v4.2 to ver 6 to allow all the unified benefits.

I've found a migration path for the call manager license.

My question is what other licensing and compatability do I need to worry about. We've a simple setup of IPT 1 Pub/1 Sub -300 users, VT Advantage 20, Unity-1000 license, AVAYA PBX integration. Also does the device licensing carry over?

We have no software subscriptions.
