Upgrading from Win2000 to Win2003 UNITY 4.2

I like to know the link to take me for the specific requirements I need to know

to upgrade the OS from 2000 to 2003 only

It's basically a reinstall,

Take a DIRT backup, install W2003, reinstall Unity and DIRT restore
