Upgrading locale in CUCM > 7.1.x

Hi all,

when installing cucm locales i always have rebooted the server and it worked.

Since 7.1 ? (not sure) i see a changed message while doing the upgrade:

"Warning: You must stop some services before you install a locale. You must then restart those services after you complete the locale installation. Refer to your product-specific online help for locale installation details."

Can anybody explain me, what this means ? I went trough the release notes, the online and the OS administration guide and still have no idea, what services to stop.

It seems that it´s still working but i think, there should be any reason for this changed behaviour...

Any ideas ?

The warning message

can be safely ignored.
