Urgent help.. Call Manager 7.1.5 phones issues

I have 1 PUB and 2 Subs... I can see all the phones status registered when I log into the SUB, but when I log in PUB I see all phones as unknown. I checked RTMT and database replication is 2, which is good.

Please help...

Well, you don't need to log into the Sub's CCM admin interface - not sure you're doing that.  Anyway, you should use RTMT and login to the Publisher and look at the registered phone counts for each server.  If you see them as registered in RTMT, then they likely are.  If you look at CCM Admin and see the contrary, try a multi-criteria search search as device name begins with "SEP" and generic description search.  If phones show unregistered, double click on one to see what the status is then.
