User Account issue to access Phone URL UCM6.x

Hi All,

I tried configuring user account to access phone URL. I did follow the below steps:

1. Create End user Account.

2. Associate the device.

While I am logging by using http://<callmanagerIP>useradmin. But unable to login.

Could please help me If I have missed out somthing. Also let me the Doc which needs to be follow.

Hi

Your End User account needs to be added to the CCM End Users user group to get access to CCMAdmin.
