User can't forward voicemails in general voicemail box to other extentions
I have a user who has set up a general voicemail box that himself and a couple co-workers use. He wants to be able to listen to the voicemail, then at the end it gives him the option to forward it to someone else. He presses that option, then it acts like it is doing, but then he gets a "service temporarily unavailable" message. Can someone help
