User cannot hear the voice from Cisco IP Communicator.

Hi

i have installed CIPC-7.0.1 on my user Laptop.

when he is making a phone call he can hear the voice but his voice cannot be hear from the other end,internal calling is working fine but when users call outside using CIPC ,called party cannot hear the voice.

Is this because of the Codec i am using or there is something else i need to adjust.

Attached is the Region snapshot. How i can solve this problem.

Hi Jamil

It's much more likely to be a problem with your network configuration.

- A problem with the configuration of a NAT device

- A firewall or ACL blocking the outbound traffic

- A client firewall blocking the stream
