User in a conference call cannot hear other participants
We recently experienced this issue on our environment. When we placed 3 or more users on a conference call, those users cannot hear us while in the conference, but we can hear them if we are the initiator of the conference.
They way we are conferencing in is by using the "join" softkey on the cisco IP Phone. This was working fine and we have no idea why this happened. I have check bandwidth utilization but it seems fine.
