User is not updated in Cisco Desktop Administrator
I have a customer who is having issues with Cisco Desktop Administrator . He added a new user but it is not showing up in CDA and also when that user logs in to his CAD it still shows old user's name in the status bar at the bottom left corner.
I have tried deleting adding user's info, restarted Database sync service , also asked user to delete the user in AD and added back but it still shows old user's name in the status bar and also in Cisco Desktop Admin.
