user-locale and network- locale CUE

Hi,

I have a little problem, i configured user-locale and network-locale, in order to display on 7912 and 7940 phones, spanish display, but just the 7912 phones turn to spanish,

I followed all the steps:

user-locale ES

network-locale ES

create cnf-files

and reset all phones

Someone Knows why 7940 can't do it?

I've been doing some work on a custom locale, i.e. editing the xml files, and in order for the 7940 to load the new file, I had to restart the TFTP server and reset the phone to factory defaults. Now this is for CallManager, not CME, but it's worth a try. At least in resetting the phones to factory defaults. Basically, settings, 3 for network settings, **# to unlock, 33 and yes then save (i think 33 is erase config).

Try that out and let us know how it goes.
