User Local setting French is not working. We did installed the COP French patch for the version of our call manager. It was working just fine before the upgrade. any thoughts.
What version did you upgrade to/from? Do you see anything interesting in the phone console logs or status messages from the phones web page after it's reset?
we upgraded to cucm 8.6.1.20000-1 and using cm-locale-fr_FR-8.6.1.1000-1.cop. The local on the phone are not the good one, they are still showing english US even they are setup as french.
just wanted to confirm. do i have to upload .cop file on every server in the cluster.
