Hi People. i'm seeing a strange problem. a user picks up the phone...makes or receives a call. hangs up...but the phone stays connected....any ideas what i should look for? h323 gateways...CM 4.1
never seen this problem before.

upgrades its CCM to any of the following CM versions:
4.1.2.ES-43 or later
4.1.3.ES-17 or later.
