a user is not grtting to voice mail ,he logins from the phone and he is redirected to main menu instead of voicemail box ,he can store and get voice mail to he outlook please provide me asolution to this
the easiest way to troubleshoot this is to RDP into unity, then check the subscriber profile and make sure that the extension is indeed the same as the phone extension. if the user has multiple numbers, add an alternate extension. and then open Call Viewer, have the user press the messages button and check how the call is routed to Unity.
unity is playing the opening greeting because it doesn't recognize that extension as a valid subscriber extension
