Hello guys,
Some users are not recording calls but other in the same team do !
Computer is behind the ip phone, there are not firewall or antivurus block the comunication. What else can cause this issue?

Are you using BIB Recording? Application-invoked or automatic?
Does it not record at all for some users?
In the recording system, is the call logged just without the recording?

Hello Brian,
Yes we are using BIB, I am not sure about application invoked or automatic.
Some of the users are not recording at all, the user does not appear in the recording system just the people that is already recording.
We have an issue with syncronization between UCCX and Quality Manager, I do not know if this could cause problems

I'm not too familiar with quality manager but I know most other recording vendors require a user to be defined on the recording system.

Yes, they are definied in the monitor and recording administration, but when i go and open the recording page they do not appear at all

Does the application user in CUCM for QM have CTI Control of all devices?
