Unified Callmanager v7.0.2. I have some users that are able to log into the ccmuser web interface to set their speed dials on their 7965 phones but when they click save their settings disappear. I can not find why it happens to these few users. I have checked that they are associated with the correct device and user account. They are in Standard CCM End Users and Standard CTI Enabled groups. What else should I look for? Thanks!
