I have some users on IP communicator that had to get their device pool and device CSS changed to a different one and some users are now unable to log into CAD. Some can, some can't. IPC and Users are all set up the same on CUCM. Any suggestions on where to check for the problem?
What is the error message you are getting, when trying to login into CAD?
Make sure that these Agents have these IPC under the controlled devies for Agents and have the UCCX extension assigned to them. Also Check if these IPC MAC addresses are under the controlled device list under RmCm application user.
Please crossverify the Agent ID and associated extensions are proper by accessing the Resources page of UCCX.
You can also perform Directory Resync operation from the Cisco Desktop Administrator once to sync the changes done.
