Hi,
I have replaced some users in Call Manager 5.1, directory in attendant console is still showing old users. Sync time is set to default 3 hours, I changed the users a week ago. I will try restarting the service tonight, is there any other thing I should check ?

Restart the AC service, close the attendant Console and open it again.

It changed, I had to restart the Call Manager service.
