using cisco rtmt tool

Can anyone tell that in order to locate the problem of incoming call from pstn to cucm, which services in rtmt i have to choose.

Like, in Cisco RTMT Tool, i went to Trace & Log Central then collect files then it asks from me to select cucm server and services.

I have already enable traces on cucm from Serviceability page.

If you have the correct traces configured in Serviceability, you should just need CallManager in the UCM Services/Applications, and nothing in the System Services/Applications.

u have to select call manager service.
