UUI and h323

Does anybody have this experience or idea regarding the following question:

Avaya T1 PRI- T1 Pri 2821--IP H323--2821-Avaya T1. Customer has UUI(user to user information) to send to each other inside the PRI Q931. Now we put 2821 in the middle with H323. Customer wonders whether the UUI will deliver through the H323 and then to the other end Q931? Thanks

When using Qsig the UUI in the release message, is not passed from router to router correctly over VoIP.
