VG224 248 Analogue Phone Star services

Does anyone know a URL that lists all the star services that are available when connecting an anologue phone to a VG224, VG248 or ATA voice port.

example: *21 = call forward

Speed Dial *01 to *99 for two-digit codes

Speed Dial to Voice Mail Default prefix and code is *0 for one-digit codes, and *00 for two-digit codes

Rob, long time fan of your posts. I realize this thread is very old.  Any way to fully disable those FAC on a VG224.  Scenario: We have our VG units for analog lines to our patient rooms.  We constantly have patients accidently setting the lines to CallFwd vmail.  Any ideas how to stop this.
