I have 3 VG224 connected to some Dialogic boards for a call center. when a call comes to the CC a routing point forwards the call to a port on a VG224 and from that port the call arrives to the dialogic bord(to the server). The problem is that from time to time the dialogin cannot answer a call that comes from vg224. This problem is resolved after I issue a reset on the VG224. The VG224 is configured as a SCCP gateway in the call` manager(4.2). What can be the cause?
