VG224 - Calls are dropping after 5 or 20 seconds

I am looking at a pointer to troubleshoot this problem. The VG224 is running IOS version vg224-i6s-mz.124-2.T6.bin and is setup as H323 Gateway.

interface FastEthernet0/0

description CN,DX,E,Connected to xs9521dx001 FastEthernet1/0/44

ip address 10.83.187.4 255.255.255.0

no ip redirects

no ip proxy-arp

duplex full

speed 100

no snmp trap link-status

h323-gateway voip interface

h323-gateway voip bind srcaddr 10.83.187.4

Do you have caller ID enabled. If so turn it off and see if it changes. I had the same problem and it was a Bug that has been around for years that Cisco still has not fixed. If you need that feature then go back to 12.4.6T11. I did not write down the Bug ID....but if it is the problem then you can look it up.

This is the config and it is pretty much teh same for all 24 ports:

voice-port 2/0

no supervisory disconnect lcfo

echo-cancel coverage 32

cptone AU

timeouts call-disconnect 0

timeouts ringing 360

timeouts wait-release 5

impedance complex1

caller-id enable

Yes caller-id is enabled. But this customer says he has had this config for over a year and the problem only started a couple of days ago. So he doesn't want to turn-off caller id.

He also said that he rebooted teh VG224 and that made no difference to the problem.
