VG224 - cannot blind transfer a call to analog phone (SCCP mode)
I have a VG224 (12.4.13b), connected to CCM 4.2.1 sr2 in SCCP mode. I cannot transfer calls to the phone, connected to this gateway. I have 3 extensions: 111(IP), 222(IP) and 333(VG224). 111 calls to 222. 222 transfers call to 333. If 333 picks the phone up, the call is transferred without any problem. When 222 completes the transfer before 333 is picked up, 333 stops ringing (but 111 continues to hear long tones) and when 333 is picked up, there is no audio at both 111 and 333. After that 333 does not receive dialtone until the whole gateway is reset. The DSP, that was used diring this call is still occuped with the voice-port. Shut/no shut on the voice-port does not help, DSP rest also does not help. Again, with consultative transfer there is no problem. Also there is a minor problem with the busy-tone on VG224 and with configuring stcapp feature access-codes. This command does not work at all.
