vg224 no busy signal

Hello!

We have cucm 9.0 and vg224. We don't have busy signal If we call from analog phone conected to vgg224 to some busy phone. We have just dial tone again. If phone not busy call going normal way and we hear ringback.

On both phones network locale and ccs the same.

Hello,

phone can be forwarded to another number, you can check forward status and DND. what is ringing when the phone is busy, is it dropping?

No call forward and DND. And yes call just dropping and you hear dial tone again.

What is the protocol you are using for the vg224 with call manager? What's the network locale that has been applied?

We use mgcp to control vg224. All phones have Network Locale Russian Federation and Location hub none
