VG224 Port - Point Of Sale Modem cannot dial

Greetings,

I have a VG224 port connected to a modem on a Point of Sale Terminal that cannot dial/break dial tone(VG224 running off version 12.4(9)//IOS code is vg224-i6s-mz.124-9.T7.bin). It is configured for modem passthru, and when an analog phone is connected the call completes fine.

Any ideas on what needs to be tweaked?

I do not see that command on the 224. What information will that provide? as I may be able to get it another way.
