VG224 using SIP

Hello All,

We are using VG224 with CUCM 8.6 using SIP trunk. but we observed one small issue, when incoming call come to analog phone and user pick the call " some dial tone (key pad tone) and then call get conencted. mean all  working fine, but some tone before connecting the call ( this for internal or form external call).

The country used China and CP tone set to CN, but no change. The VG224 config attached and help suggest me on this. Thanks!!

The tones you are hearing are of the called digits (DTMF tones) which is getting farwarded to phone because "forward digits all" is confiured. To fix remove "forward-digits all" or configure "no digit-strip"

Thanks a lot Mohit for the info... yes, the issue has been  fixed when we was applyed config "no digit-strip"
