You'll need to add the gateway within CUCM and specify the use of SCCP as the protocol. Once that is done, configure each individual port as you would an IP phone. Remember to specify an extension for each.

On CM, I don't have a handly link, but it's not really much different from adding a MGCP FXS port or an IP phone. Device> Add Gateway> Choose platform. Pick SCCP as the protocol. Configure all the pertinent information, and assign a DN to each endpoint. Reset the gateway from CM when done.
