VIC2-4FXO not showing on CCP

Hello,

I have a cisco 2921 which i added to it a VIC2-4FXO card, i can see the card in the "show diag" from the CLI,

but i cant see it on the CCP in order to configure it from the CCP.

Its not the first time i add a card and it doesnt show up on the CCP.

Is there a way to resolve this issue or am i missing anything?

It was a bug with Cisco CCP they released a new version which should fix it.

Do you have the PVDM3 module,  mandatory to support voice cards ?

i talked to cisco tac and they released a newer ccp version, by that time it was CCP 6.1 if im not mistaken,

the voice card was working normally from the CLI, but wasn't appearing onthe CCP.
