Hi Everybody,

Now i am using CUCM10.5 and VG2911 > IOS 15.2(3)T1

During in CUCM environment, all video phones can perform video call to each others.

And all phones (DX650, 9951, 7970) are able to get into SRST when CUCM is isolated in the network

When in the SRST mode

I try to call from 9951 to 9951 phones, it only have voice call only, and no video

Is it possible to enable the video when in SRST mode? or do i need to config somewhere in VG to enable it ?

Thanks
Sam

Cisco Unified SRST does not support video survivability but Cisco E-SRST does for select endpoints such as the Cisco 8900 and 9900 IP phones and Cisco Jabber. Cisco Jabber requires connectivity to the centralized IM and presence server today

Hi Sam,

With SRST 10.0, with the Enhanced Survivable Remote Site Telephony (E-SRST) deployment, you can enable video calls using the version negotiation option.
Note that
•The Version Negotiation feature is supported only on the Cisco Unified 9951, 9971, and 8961 SIP IP phones.
•The phone firmware version should be Version 9.4.1 or later versions.

With SRST Version 9.0, Video calls are supported on the Cisco Unified 8941 and 8945 SIP IP Phones Please see this referenced on the link below.
