Video IP Phone 7985 Malfunctioning

Dear All

Please Help

There are two IP Video Phones (7985) Phone A & Phone B. "Phone A" is local to CUCM while "Phone B" is placed over the WAN, in a separate region. After a successful Audio/Video Call; while trying to finish the call; Phone A gets stuck in talking state (with still picture) for a significant length of time. However; Phone B is released normally when the call is finished.

Try firmware update and CM patch level update.
