View DS0's status

When using call manager to put DS0's our of service like this:

Is there a way to actually view that status?  "show isdn service" does not seem to be accurate as the circuits are backhauled to UCM.

I believe there is a performance counter in RTMT that will let you view this.

That actually kinda works... Is there a programmatic or CLI way of getting live data out of RTMT?

You might have to get it using AXL if your CM supports it.
