Viewing Which Extension is using an Analog Voice Port
We have some field offices internationally who use analog lines connected via FXO ports on their CME. They have limited analog lines and too many users. My personal opinion is that they need additional analog lines or an E1 however they are not doing so. There has been a request from them to determine which extension is using an analog line. On their old PBX system they were able to determine this however on the CMEs I have not worked out a good way to do so. I can check "show voice port summary" and see who is off-hook and if the FXO port is off-hook but the problem is the phones could be off-hook and just be making an on-net call. Does anyone have any suggestion on how I could find out which extension is using the analog line(FXO port)?
