I reseted the server, and the virtual memory goes down to 70%. After 4 days the VM is increasead to 82%. I Read that the version of CCM 220.127.116.11900-10 has a bug. Do you know about anything about this issue. Could you provide any information about how solve this problem?
Usually when this occurs, it is always preferred to take a look at the process which is eating up all the memory resource.
use the below commands to get an idea which process it is.
i) show process using-most memory
ii) show process load memory
iii) show status
iv) show hardware
Most often than not "Cisco Tomcat Service" is the culprit. if you see that then restart that particular service and it will solve the issue. you can collect the logs "Tomcat catalina.out" from RTMT to confirm this. (Usually its the TAC or the BU who does this job as they can read the logs well ))
Also sometimes Rogue registration attempts cause CUCM high Virtual Memory and Core dumps. For which you can collect the Event-viewer application log/ Event viewer system log and from RTMT tool to know the ip addresses of the devices which are causing this.
So it will be clearer from the logs as to what is it that is causing this issue
The short answer is that you don't.... That isn't entirely true while at
the same time it kind of is, but for the most part you don't configure
the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
