Visual alert pickup @ CUCM 8.6

Hey there,

is there any possibility to edit the visual alert of the notification bubble in terms of characters or lines?

Especially when using 8961 and 8945 phones, is there any way to extend the number of characters? From my pov it must be a XML-feed, but where is it located?

Did anyone try to change it?

AFAIK that cannot be changes, and even if your thinking is correct, all the tomcat files are locked and cannot be reached via CLI or GUI.

That's poor - because the current visualisation is not very user friendly
