visual voicemail not fully working?

i setup visual voice mail via this step by step procedure

i can see the voice mail now but it will not play them in fact when i play then it tells me "your call can not be completed as dialed........"

i must be missing something or set a setting wrong but i have been over the procedure many times and do not see anything that i did incorrectly.

we are running CUCM 10.5.1 same for Unity.

never mind i figured it out. i had to add the visual voicemail pilot DN to system settings> advanced>Connection Administration> Voice Mail Web Service: Pilot Number for TRAP Connections
